Starting the engine
NOTE:
Always fill up with fuel and engine oil
before using for the first time.
1.
Press the primer pump 3–5 times.
The arrow points to the primer pump.
2.
Stand behind lawn mower. Hold the engine brake bar pressed against the handle.
3.
Pull the starter cord quickly a few times until the engine starts. Let the handle return to its
original position slowly when the engine has started.
4.
The blades start rotating when the engine starts. Keep the engine brake bar pressed against
the handle while working.
5.
The engine stops when the engine brake bar is released.
Drive
1.
Press in the drive bar. The lawn mower moves forward.
2.
Release the drive bar. Lawn mower stops.
3.
Hold the handle firmly with both hands while working.
Tension the wire
1.
Take away the rubber seals.
2.
Tension the wire by screwing the adjuster nut as shown in the diagram below.
3.
Fix the distance by screwing the lock nut to the adjuster nut.
4.
Replace the rubber seals.
