OPERATION
1.
Connect the power cord to a suitable power outlet.
2.
Activate/deactivate the swing function by pressing in or pulling out the button above the motor
housing.
3.
Angle the fan head up or down to the required position in order to adjust the vertical angle of the air
flow.
4.
Turn on the fan and select the speed with the buttons on the foot. 0 = off, 1 = low speed, 2 = high
speed.
MAINTENANCE
Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
Dismantle the appliance by following the assembly instructions in the reverse order.
Clean plastic parts with a cloth or sponge dampened with a mild detergent. Wipe with a damp cloth
or sponge.
Always be very careful to ensure that no water or other liquid enters the motor housing or control
panel.
Do not use detergent in spray form.
Never use solvents or abrasive detergents.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the fan blade does not rotate when you turn on the fan, check that the power cord is correctly
connected to a socket that has power, and that the grille has not been damaged in such a way that it is in
contact with the fan blade. If the appliance sounds abnormal, check the fan for the following faults.
The fan blade is incorrectly installed on the motor shaft.
The groove in the rear grille faces onto the groove in the outgoing shaft.
There is minor damage around the fan blade.
The grille is damaged and the fan blade is coming into contact with it.
