SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
Do not connect the power cord until the appliance has been fully assembled.
Make sure the 0 button is pressed before plugging in the cord.
If the power cord is damaged, disconnect it immediately and contact an electrician.
Unplug the power cord if the fan is not going to be used for an extended period.
Only hold the recessed handles to lift the appliance.
Never attempt to dismantle the unit.
If the appliance behaves strangely (e.g. gives off an odour or sounds strange), switch it off and
unplug it immediately.
Make sure that no objects or liquid enter the openings in the casing.
Do not allow children to remain unsupervised near the appliance when it is in operation.
The appliance is intended to be used in dry areas.
Protect the appliance from dust, moisture, sunlight and direct thermal radiation.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use aggressive detergents.
The appliance is not intended for use by people (including children) with various disabilities, or by
people who have no knowledge of how the appliance is used, unless they are supervised or
receive instructions concerning its use from someone responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised to make sure they do not play with the appliance.

ASSEMBLY
1.
Unscrew the grille holder from the front of the motor housing by turning it anti-clockwise.
2.
Place the rear grille against the front of the motor housing, with the handle facing up. Ensure that
the guide pins on the motor housing engage correctly in the hole in the grille.
3.
Screw the grille holder clockwise onto the motor housing’s protruding thread and tighten properly.
4.
Remove and discard the PVC sleeve from the motor shaft.
5.
Slide the fan blade onto the motor shaft.
6.
Place the front grille against the rear grille, so that the holes along the edges are aligned. Insert the
screw in the hole and screw on the nut. Do not tighten yet.
7.
Move the grille mounting ring to the correct position on the edge of the grille.
8.
Tighten the nut on the screw through the edge of the grille.
