Changing the blade
WARNING
Avoid accidental starting.
Turn off the tool with
the power switch and pull out the power c
ord before
replacing the blade.
•
Open the blade guard
by removing the two screws.
•
Use the hex key to remove the spindle screw while
holding the outer flange in place with the holding
spanner.
•
Remove the outer flange and the blade.
•
Fit the new blade in place
with the arrow showing
the direction of rotation pointing in the same
direction as the arrow on the blade cover.
•
Inspect the new blade for damage.
Replace the
blade immediately if it is cracked or damaged.
•
Re-fit the outer flange and tighten the spindle s
crew
firmly using the spanners.
•
Re-fit the blade guard.
NOTE:
Use only 180 mm wet type cutting blades or
specially designed tile cutting blades. Never use blades
rated for less than 6800 rpm.
MAINTENANCE

cing. The use of other parts can cause injury and damage
the tool.

Do not carry out any adjustments while the tool is switched on.

Turn off the tool and unplug the power cord before making any adjustments, replacing parts,
lubricating or cleaning, or perfo
rming any maintenance.

Keep the tool clean.

Clean the tool regularly with a soft cloth, preferably after each use.
