Saw table locks
The saw table locks (13) lock the table at the desired mitre
angle between 0° and 45°. To adjust the mitre angle, undo
the saw table locks and turn the saw table to the desired
angle.
WARNING
Check that the saw table locks are tightened
before sawing. Otherwise, the table may move during
sawing, causing serious personal injury.
Bevel angle lock lever
The bevel angle lock lever (19) locks the blade at the desired
bevel angle (fig. 4) between 0° and 45°. Adjust the bevel
angle by undoing the lock lever and moving the saw arm to
the desired bevel angle.
WARNING
Check that the bevel angle lock lever is tightened
before sawing. Otherwise, the saw arm may move during
sawing, causing serious personal injury.
Lower blade guard
The lower blade guard (1) protects both sides of the blade.
When the blade is lowered into the workpiece, the blade
guard is folded up over the upper blade guard.
Turn it by pressing the lock lever (2) to the right with your
thumb, then press it down with the handle (3).
Dust bag
The dust bag (16) is installed on the dust extraction port.
Empty the dust bag when it is half full. This gives an
improved airflow through the dust bag.
