Adjustment procedures

Results of Improper adjustment

1. Set the stitch dial to the maximum.

2. Loosen clamping screw

of the reverse feed arm.

3. Operate the reverse feed control lever to adjust so that the dis-

tance between the cylinder support

and the cylinder knuckle

is 8 ± 0.5 mm in the state that the bottom of elongated hole

of the reverse feed link

is in contact with the hinge screw

Then tighten clamping screw

of reverse feed arm.

Stitch lengths of the reverse feed

may not be obtained.
