2. Replenishment of grease to the center knife section

(1) Apply Juki Grease A to both guide faces

supplied. Apply grease to the metal so as to infiltrate

the inside.

3. Replenishment of grease to the needle bar section

Apply Juki Grease A to the thread take-up lever

needle bar upper section

, needle bar lower section

, needle bar

and needle bar

4. Remove the rubber cap and apply new grease to the

inside of the hole after removing old grease adhered

to the inside of hole

. Then cover the hole with the

rubber cap.
