[How to install the high-voltage optional transformer (part number: 40090561)]
1) Loosen four screws on the front sde of emer-
gency stop swtch

. Open the swtch box.
Remove the power cord (brown, sky blue,
yellow/green wres) from the secondary sde
(on the sde

s prnted).
2) Connect the power cord to the optonal trans-
former. Connect the power cord (40005423:
Three-wre cord) suppled wth the unt to the
optonal transformer.
Brown wre
→
380/400/415 V (accordng to
the power specifications)
Blue wre
→
0 V (next to the 380 V)
Yellow/green wre
→
E (on the rng termnal sde)
Connect the cord on the control box sde (the
cord whch has been removed n Step 1).
Brown wre
→
220 V
Sky blue wre
→
(next to the E)
Yellow/green wre

3) Install optonal transformer on the sde face
of control box

TRANSFORMER SETUP INSTRUCTION
(40005426)" for connectng procedure.
4) Connect the power cord suppled wth the unt
to emergency stop swtch

fork termnal.)
5) Re-tghten the four screws of emergency swtch

. Take care not to leave a gap n the swtch.
6) Change the cord on the plug sde of the
power swtch. (40070548: 4-wre cord)
Open the power swtch. Remove connecton
cords on the sde of L1, L2 and L3.
Black 1, 2 and 3 wres (on the forked termnal
sde)

L1, L2 and L3 n the power swtch
Yellow/green wre
→
Ground (n the power swtch)
* Discard the cord mounted your machine at
the time of delivery.
