PRECAUTIONS DURING BATTERY CHARGE
1. During charge, place the battery and the charger in an area that is dry, ventilated, and away
from intense heat sources or flammable products.
2. During charge, disconnect and remove the battery from the Spaceball. It is important that an
adult supervises the battery charging process to prevent accidents.
3.
Do not charge the battery right after flying. Wait until the battery has cooled down. Otherwise, it
may swell or even burn and explode.
4. Make sure to use the original USB charger supplied with the Spaceball. When you have used the
battery for a long time or notice that it is somewhat swollen, replace it.
5. A battery that is not used for a long period will lose its charge.
6. Frequently charging or discharging a battery shortens battery life.
BATTERY MAINTENANCE
1. The battery must be placed in a dry and ventilated area at a room temperature between 18 and
25° C.
2. In order to extend battery life, avoid making repeated charges or excessive discharges.
3.
When storing the battery for a long time, charge the battery first and store it with at least 50-60%
of the total allowed charge.
4. If you are not going to use the battery for more than a month, it is highly recommended to
measure the battery voltage every month to ensure that it does not drop below 3V.
HOW TO CHARGE THE BATTERY
Est. 30 min.
To replace the battery, hold the Spaceball with two fingers while using your other hand to remove it.
Insert your fingers between the guards, hold the battery between your thumb and forefinger and pull
it out. Try not to pull the cable, as it may break. Connect one end of the charging cable (included)
to the computer's USB port, and the other end to the Spaceball battery. If the red light comes on, it
means the battery is charging properly. When the light has turned off, the process is complete and
the battery is fully charged. Estimated charging time: 40 minutes.
WARNING: Batteries other than those supplied by the manufacturer are not recommended.
PLACING THE CHARGED BATTERY IN THE SPACEBALL
First insert the battery into the protective sphere of the Spaceball. Then connect the battery cable to
the Spaceball and, once connected, insert the battery into the battery compartment.
