5.3.1
Flushing process with fresh water
Switch off the on-site circulation pump or open the on-site shut-off valve in the bypass.
Close the shut-off valve (1+2) on the inlet and outlet side of the JUDO FERROCLEAN sludge
separator.
Pull all magnetic rods (8) out, up to the base plate of the support legs.
Open the sludge shut-off valve (7).
Open the flushing water shut-off valve (3).
Open the on-site shut-off valve and flush out the sludge until clear water emerges from the channel,
then close the shut-off valve on the customer's site.
Close the flushing water shut-off valve (3).
