STEP 4
Now comes the fun part. After everything is cleaned and deburred,
you are ready to assemble. Using Hondabond or a similar Grey
Silicone fill the groove around the coolant passage on the backside of
the adapter flange. Install a new k24 intake manifold gasket and bolt
the adapter flange onto the K24 cylinder head. Final step is to bolt on
the intake manifold to the adapter flange after installing a new s2000
intake manifold gasket.
