Thank you for purchasing the JSP K24/F20 S2000 intake adapter.
These instructions will go over the basic installation and modifications
required to your S2000 intake manifold and K24 cylinder head for
proper installation. This installation is recommended to be done by a
professional, if at any point you do not feel that you are capable of
completing these steps, please consult your local fabrication or
machining shop.
STEP 1
First step is to attach the JSP adapter to the k24 cylinder head
using the supplied hardware. Please note that two of the m8 allen head
socket cap bolts are smaller in size than the rest. These will go into the
smaller counterbored holes. After attaching the adapter please notice
the lower right hand through hole. This hole will need to be drilled and
tapped into the cylinder head. Using a transfer or center punch mark
the center of this hole onto the cylinder head. Then drill and tap this
location with an m8 1.25 tap. Please make sure the thread depth is at
least .800”
