   Second step is to mark and cut the the coolant bleeder and TB 

coolant barb to clear the cylinder head. Please take your time to mark 
the clearance needed and cut cleanly.

STEP 3

   After the manifold is cleaned up, remove the JSP adapter flange 

from the cylinder head and using a few of the provided M8 flanged hex
head bolts attach the flange to the intake manifold. You will notice the 
left side top and bottom bolt holes do not line up with the holes in the 
intake manifold. There are two options here for fixing this. Option 1 is 
to scribe the hole location of the adapter onto the backside of the 
intake manifold, remove the flange and use a carbide burr to port the 
hole location needed. Option 2 (recommended) is to mount the 
manifold onto a mill or drill press upside down and using a 3/8” drill, 
use the flange hole as a pilot to drill through the intake manifold from 
the back side. These pictures show the result of the second option.
