Specially designed for blood bank applications, where repeat

ability, precision and reliability of: speed, time, temperature,
acceleration and deceleration are significant factors in ob

taining perfect separations of the distinct blood fractions.
Serology investigations, molecular biology. Serum separation,
pharmaceutical applications.
2.1 Intended use
Blood centrifuge for obtaining its components.
The centrifuge is used with blood bags EN ISO 3826-1
of 500 or 800 ml.
Lid
with double safety lock.
Digital electronic circuit
controlled by microprocessor for
controlling all operating parameters:
· Speed
· Acceleration
· Brake
· RCF
· Temperature
· Time
· Possibility to set 20 programs in memory
· Alarm of operation
Drive unit:
high frequency induction motor maintenance-
free (no brushes nor collector).
Rotors, sealed buckets and adapters
properly identify.
Windbreak hood
with detector which reduces friction of
the inner buckets and improves cooling.
Inner insulation
which absorbs noise and vibrations.
Elastic suspension
of the motor which guarantees a
smooth operation with radial dampers.
Hermetically sealed compressor
fixed on anti-vibration
mounts with a recirculating evaporator unit around the in-
terior of the centrifuge bowl.
Emergency stop brake
: totally independent circuit that
stops the equipment in case of emergency.
