EXAMPLE OF HOT AIR DUCTING (only for Fireplace version)
To duct the air into other rooms, assembly the “T” or “Y” connection (optional), in addiction to connect the grilles on the lining.
The air pipes must be taken to the rooms to be heated.
The return of air to the fireplace room must be guaranteed from every room in which the hot air arrives, through openings under the
doors or outlets, via the grille at the back of the fireplace.
Air delivery occurs by means of flexible round aluminium pipes, with connections or branches in sheet metal. The pipes must be fixed
to the connections by means of pipe clamps.
The insulate of the pipes is mandatory. Therefore they must be wrapped with glass wool matting (min. thickness 3 cm) for the entire
length.
Caution: Avoid contact of the pipes with wood and flammable materials.
Using plastic pipes to deliver the air is very dangerous because the high temperatures could deform them and generate harmful gases.
Where the ducting pipes cannot be enclosed, they can be concealed with a false ceiling or using fake beams or boxing.
Make sure to hermetically seal the space between the outlets and the wall with silicone, to prevent the air escaping and causing bla-
ckening due to the heat (e.g. marks above radiators).
MAX. DUCTABLE LENGTH 6 METRES.

Hot air VENT ASSEMBLY
Step 1
:
Cut the 3 m flexible aluminium pipe in half and use the two
pieces to duct the hot air delivery outlets. Secure the pipes with pipe
clamps, insulate them along their entire length with glass/rock wool,
avoid contact with wood or flammable materials
Step 2:
Before preparing the hood, arrange the special holes for the
hood vent grille and for the hot air delivery outlets, bring out the two pipes
and carefully seal them with mortar or silicone for high temperature.
Open the tabs of the outlets as much as possible and fix them to the wall
with the screws supplied. To prevent black marks (e.g. above radiators)
it is advisable to carefully seal any openings with silicone (see
