1. Check whether the line power supply is
normal
2. Whether the handle interface plug is
loose
1. Reconnect the unconnected power

2. Re-plug the handle
Part of the keyboard
does not work
Check whether the connection line
between the keyboard and the
motherboard is loose
Reconnect the keyboard cable to the
motherboard and insert it in place
There is no sound
when amplified
1. Check whether the 220V power supply
has power supply or whether the wiring is
well connected.
2. Check whether the connection line
between the phone and the speaker is
well connected
3. Check if the speaker is damaged
