If their use is indispensable, only use material com-
pliant with the safety standards in force and with the
required compatibility for the appliance and the
electricity mains.
Using the appliance for the first time, ensure you
have removed the label or protective sheet.
If the appliance is equipped with air sockets, ensure
they are never blocked, not even partially.
Use of any electrical appliance means you must
comply with fundamental rules, in particular:
ATTENTION: Never emerge or wet the appliance;
never use it near water, in the bath, in the sink or
near any other liquid container. If the appliance
should accidentally fall in water, NEVER try to get it
out, but instead immediately take the plug out of
the electrical socket.
Then bring it to a qualified support centre for the
necessary checks.
During use, the appliance must be far from any ob-
ject or substance that is inflammable or explosive.
Do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands.
Do not use the appliance in your bare feet.
Do not pull the appliance or the cable to remove the
plug from the socket.
Do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric
agents (rain, sun).
For greater safety, you are advised to install a diffe-
rential current device on the electrical circuit powe-
ring the bathroom with a differential, nominal
operating current not over 30 mA.
You should ask you installation technician for advice.
Disconnect the plug from the electrical socket when
the appliance is not in use and before carrying out
any cleaning or maintenance operation.
