Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)

SQUEEGEE BLADE

Squeegee blade is used to direct the sewage, so that the vacuum motor can suck the sewage into
recovery tank through suction pipe.

Check the abrasion of squeegee blade every day. If half of the blade is worn out, rotate its direction or
replace for a new one.

Squeegee assembly can be removed from squeegee support during transportation. Unscrew the
hold-down nut of squeegee assembly counterclockwise to avoid damage.

Replace (rotate) Squeegee Blade

1. Stop the machine on a level surface. Make sure the brush motor and squeegee assembly are in the

raised position.

2. Turn the ON/OFF key switch off.

Stop the machine on a level surface, turn it off, and remove the key before leaving or

servicing.

3. Remove squeegee assembly from the machine; release the layer snap joint of the squeegee

assembly.

Remove suction hose

Unscrew the hold-down nut
