The LP-gas supply cylinder to be used must be constructed and marked in accordance with the specifications
for LP-gas cylinders, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) or the standard for Cylinders, Spheres and
Tubes for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, CAN/CSA-B339.
When the oven is not in use, the gas must be turned off at the supply cylinder.
The oven may be stored indoors, but only if the cylinder is disconnected and removed from the oven. NEVER
STORE YOUR LP TANK INDOORS.
Cylinders must be stored outdoors out of the reach of children and must not be stored in a building, garage
or any other enclosed area.
The pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with the oven must be used. Replacement pressure
regulators and hose assemblies must be the type specified by John Michael Kitchens. For replacement parts,
contact John Michael Kitchens customer service at
