7. 6-Point Spreader Bar System

HPL700 lift uses 6-point spreader bar. The removal of this system is completed easily
by the use of a quick-release pin. This is done quickly and easily, but you must read the following
safety instructions to ensure the spreader bar is safely locked into position before use.
WARNING
Do not attempt to disassemble kingpin from the 6-point spreader bar. This applies to
spreader bar with or without scale.
Connection
To connect, place the spreader bar on a solid surface such as a table and lower the boom for ease
of attachment (Figure 8).
HPL700 (without scale):
Insert the pin sleeve through end of the boom and the kingpin of the spreader bar (Figure 9).
