3. Press Speed      /      or Incline      /      button to set age 13 ~ 70 years old. Preset maximum 

heartbeat will also appear.

4. Press Enter      button, L1 flashes, then press Speed      /      or Incline      /      button to   

choose L1 ~ L3. Press Enter      button ,default setting time 32:00 flashes, press Speed   /                       
or Incline      /     button to set desired workout time from 10 ~ 99 minutes.

5. Press Start/Stop      button to start running. And you need to hold two hands on the pulse 

sensor plates on both handlebars to do HRC.

    LEVEL 1   (220-age)*60%.    LEVEL 2   (220-age)*75%.    LEVEL 3   (220-age)*85%.

HRC (SPEED) OPERATION

1.  30 seconds after starting operating, your actual pulse rate is detected by the computer. If actual 

pulse is 10 times higher or lower than set pulse, then the following detect will be done in every 5 
seconds. Speed will automatically decrease or increase at 0.2 KPH per detecting. 

2.  If actual pulse is - 10 times of set pulse, then the following detect will be done in every 10 

seconds. Speed will also automatically decrease or increase at 0.2 KPH per detecting. 

3.  If actual pulse can not be detected, figure on the Pulse window will be flashing 3 times. If actual 

pulse can not be detected for continuous 30 seconds, system will be switched to  Pause mode and 
show -- on the pulse window. 3 minutes after, it will switch to Stop mode.

4.  If actual pulse is 20 times higher than set pulse for continuous 20 seconds, system will be switched 

to Pause mode, and HI will be displayed on the Pulse window. 3 minutes after, it will switch to Stop 
mode.

For FAT PROGRAM

1. Press Speed      /      or Incline      /      button to choose FAT program.

2.  Press Enter      button for a Male shape. Press      /      button to choose male or female.

3.  Press Enter      button, preset age 40 years old flashes. Press      /      button to set your age.

4.  Press Enter      button, preset height 170cm flashes. Press      /      button to set your height.

5.  Press Enter      button, preset weight 70kgs flashes. Press      /      to set your weight.

6.  Press Enter      to confirm.

7.  Press Start      button then immediately hold two hands on pulse plates to detect. BMI, BMR, BODY 

TYPE and BODY FAT will be shown after around 12 seconds. If user does not hold two hands on 
the pulse plate, E7 will show on the window.

For Target program (Time, Distance, Calories)

Press Enter      button, default setting 32 flashes.

Press Speed      /      or Incline      /      button to set desired target workout time.

Press Enter      and Start/Stop      button to start running. Machine will stop when set time counts down 
to 0.

Target Distance

Press Enter      button, default setting 1 flashes.

Press Speed      /      or Incline      /      button to set desired target workout distance.

Press Enter      and Start/Stop      button to start running. Machine will stop when set distance counts 
down to 0.

Target Calories

Press Enter      button, default setting 10 flashes.

Press Speed      /      or Incline      /      button to set desired target workout calories.

Press Enter      and Start/Stop      button to start running. Machine will stop when set calories counts   
down to 0.

You can choose only one of 3 target programs for exercise.
