5.2.2 Installation
The compressor should be positioned on a stable flat surface within 2 meters of the PFP7 or PFP7/C.
Connection to the PFP7 or PFP7/C should be carried out as follows:
1.
Ensure the power supply to the flame photometer is switched on.
2.
Connect the air tubing (supplied with the flame photometer) to the compressor outlet nozzle and
secure with a hose clip.
3.
Connect the other end of the air tubing to the air inlet located.
4.
Plug the compressor mains lead into either auxiliary power socket located on the rear of the panel of
the flame photometer or directly into the mains power supply.
