OPERATION GUIDE
Ensure the electrical supply is disconnected.
1.
Undo the clasps.
2.
Lift off the motor housing assembly.
3.
For dry vacuum cleaning use the paper dust bag supplied.
4.
For wet vacuum cleaning fit the supplied foam filter.
5.
Replace the motor housing onto the container.
6.
Align the motor housing with the clasps and snap closed by hooking the top of the clasp into the location in the
motor housing and pressing the handles down over centre.
7.
Insert the suction hose in the hole on the side of the tank, turn the hose connector to lock in place.
8.
Fit the required cleaning attachment.
9.
Use the ON / OFF Switch to control the power to the vacuum cleaner as required.
10.
Empty the container before it gets full to avoid loss of vaccum power.
Note:
Never operate the cleaner without a filter fitted as this will damage the vacuum cleaner and invalidate your
warranty.
MAINTENANCE
• Ensure the machine is unplugged from the power supply.
• Disconnect the hose from the drum container.
• Undo the clasps and remove motor housing from the drum container.
• Clear out any dirt or debris from the drum container and hoses.
• Frequently clean the seat where the safety float slides and check for wear and damage
• Clean the foam filter as required by washing it in mild soapy water.
• Check the power cable and plug for damage everyday, before use (repair any wear or damage before use)
TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT

The vacuum cleaner will not operate
1. No power supply or incorrect power supply or
problem with RCCB
2. Fuse has blown or incorrectly rated
3. Faulty power cable
4. The container is full
1. Check power supply - cable, breakers, fuses
2. Unplug and check the power cable. If
damaged have it replaced by your local Sealey
stockist.
3. Replace the fuse with a correctly rated alternative
4. Empty the container
Dust expelled from the motor cover
The cartridge filter missing or damaged
Fit cartridge filter or replace damaged filter
Reduced efficiency and increased motor/
speed vibration
1. There is a blockage in the hose, nozzle, drum inlet
2. Dirty or damaged filter
1. Check and remove any blockages in the nozzle, hose
and drum container inlets
2. Remove filter and clean it or install new filter as required.
