Trouble Shooting Guide
Top rails fail to lock into an upright position.
Centre of floor must be raised up to level of top rails.
A sharp pull on the centre floor handle will release floor
locks allowing the top rails to be locked upright.
If necessary, hold the centre floor handle with one hand
and lock rails one at a time.
The floor joints do not flatten.
Turn portable cot upside down and make sure floor
joints are free from foreign objects.
Top rails do not unlock to fold.
Centre of floor must be raised up to level of top rails.
A sharp pull on the centre floor handle will release floor
locks allowing the top rails to be unlocked.
Lift top rail first, then squeeze to release lock.
Floor joints do not unlock.
Raise centre floor handle up to the level of the top rails
to unlock floor joints.
Folded portable cot does not fit into floor pad and it
is difficult to attach velcro straps.
Pull centre floor handle outward (toward corner caps)
and push legs inward to compact portable cot.
Shift portable cot lower on pad or turn slightly and try
again. (see illustration on page 14 for proper placement
of portable cot for folding).
Bassinet does not fit onto portable cot.
Portable cot top rails must be fully upright and locked.
Portable cot floor must be flat and centre floor handle
must be locked.
Only use bassinet provided with this product.
Changing table does not fit onto portable cot.
Portable cot top rails must be fully upright and locked.
