Jaze Hotspot Gateway – User Guide

6.2 VIEWING CURRENT USERS

You can view the vouchers currently in use, vouchers not being used currently and the unbilled vouchers from
the

Current Users

page.

You can also search for a voucher by room number, mobile number or the serial number of the voucher
depending on the

User ID type

chosen.

The following set of steps outlines how to view the vouchers and search for vouchers:

Click on

Current users

under

Hotspot

in the Web GUI. The Current users page can also be accessed

by clicking on the

CURRENT USERS

button on the top bar in the Web GUI.

This will take you to the

Hotspot settings: Current Users

page as shown below:
