Verify that the top of the rim is 10 feet off the ground.

If the rim is not at 10 feet, adjust both feet (be sure to
maintain level side-to-side) until it is.

With the backstop still set to 10’, verify that the board is still plumb. If
not, adjust according to the procedure in section 7 (step 11).
