The choosing of resolution is correct or not. 

Please keep setting of computer output signal and projector’s consistent. We suggest 

that you set resolution and frequency to 800×600 and 60HZ. 

5.   Picture’s color badness 

 

The connection of signal line is correct or not. 

 

The adjusting of picture’s brightness and contrast ratio is correct or not. 

 

Is it time to change lamp? 

When the time of changing lamp coming close,  picture  will become  dark, you should 

change a new bulb.

No sound 

 

 

The connection of sound equipment and sound adjusting is suitable or not. 

Use  electronic  cables  connecting  output  port  of  sound  equipment  and  input  port  of 

projector.(when  using projector output sound) Use  electronic cables connecting input port  of 

sound equipment and output port of projector.(when using sound equipment output sound), if 

sound equipment broadcast sound. 

 

Does output of volume adjust to voiceless mode? 

 

There is no video signal input or original signal is silent. 

7. Can not use remote control for operation 

 

Does it have batteries? Is polarity correct or not. Is power weak? 

 

Do operate the remote control by correct orientation? 

Range of operation degree: follow 30±10% degree of projector’s front. 

 

Do put the front of remote control to projector for operation?     

 

Is the distance to projector too far? 

Operation distance is 5.5±5% meters. 

 

Is remote sensor affected by strong light from sunshine or fluorescent lamp? 

Remote sensor is prohibited to be shined by strong light. 

8.   Distinguish the indicator light
