Section 1 Trouble Shooting 

1. Projector do not project (power off) 

 

Take off lens cap or not. 

 

Connect  power  immediately  after  cut  off  the  power.  After  cut  off  the  power,  when             

cooling, projector cannot be operated immediately; the operation is working after it gets 

cool (about five minutes). 

 

Press  “POWER”  button  or  not, or  power switch  do  not turn on, central  power  was cut       

off because of power cut when operation. 

 

Does Brightness adjust too low? 

 

The input picture is all black or not. Some times the input picture is all black because of 

screen protect. 

        Do not set bulb or it is not fixed up well, if do not set or become flexible, please cut off 

the power, turn on power after bulb getting cool and set the bulb well. 

2.   Projector can not project (show signal ) 

 

Please confirm the signal is normal or not.   

 

Please check the cable between signal source and projector is connecting or not. 

 

Input switching settings match signal input port or not. 

When  using  notebook, switch to outside output, make  it  output signal  to the  projector 

not to the screen. 

3.   Picture illegibility 

 

Focus’ adjusting is correct or not. 

 

The project angle is too large or distance is too long. 

When  projector  departure  vertical  central  line  of  screen  too  much,  it  is  hard to  focus 

since picture departure up/down/left/right. 

 

Do not adjust the right color setting. 

Please using menu function to change the setting of sharpness, brightness and color, 

we  suggest  you  to  use  “come  back  to  original  setting”  in  menu  function,  then  adjust  more 

according working environment. 

 

Lens is smirched and dew or not? 

Please using muzzle or soft cloth scrape smirch; hard substance is not allow to wipe it. 

4. 

  The image is too big or too small
