spread a little oil with a cloth or kitchen roll.

• Before each use pour some oil on the plates.
• Place the appliance on a flat and heat resistance surface.
• The tray (7) must be in place, otherwise, the juices and fat resulting from the cooking will spill

onto the surface.

• You can use the grill totally open. To open it is necessary to

keep slided the knob

 (6) in the 180º

position, with the handle, you can turn the upper plate to leave it in horizontal position.

the upper plate and place the knob (6) in the desired height/position from 1 to 6.

• Slide the temperature selector (2) to the desired position, according to the type of food you are

plates reach, as soon as possible, a good temperature. After that you can, if you consider it
convenient, change the selector position.

• Plug the appliance to the mains and press the on switch (3). The pilot light “Encendido” (4) will

go on.

• After a few minutes the pilot light “Preparado” (5) will switch on, indicating that the plates have

• Lift up the upper grill using the handle (1) and place the food over the lower plate. Close again

the plate.

• If the grill is open in horizontal position place the food directly on the plates.
• During the cooking time the on pilot light (4) will be on, meanwhile the “ready” pilot light (5)

will be off and on intermittently indicating that the appliance switches on and off to maintain
the temperature of the plates.

• Always use wooden utensils to move or turn the food over. The use of forks or other metal utensils

may scratch the surface.
