• Keep unplugged while not in use, or during its assembly,
disassembly or cleaning.
• VERY IMPORTANT: you must never immerse the main body
of the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Avoid in contact with the moving parts.
• This appliance has been designed for domestic use only. Do
not use uninterruptedly for more than 5 minutes.
• Don’t allow children play with the appliance. Keep the
appliance out of the reach of children.
• Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of
children less than 8 years old.
• The cleaning and maintenance done by users, can not be
done by children without any supervision, unless they are
over 8 years and they are under supervision.
• Do not use on hot surfaces.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or by its after-sales service or similar qualified
personnel in order to avoid a danger.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• Before using, remove and clean the parts that are going to be in contact with the food.
• Place the citrus juicer on a flat surface and assemble the tank (6), the filter (5), the lower juicing cone (4)
and the upper juicing cone (3) on the main body. The different size cones are used to obtain all the juice
from the different sized pieces of fruit.
• You must bear in mind that the upper juicing cone is inserted on the lower juicing cone and it cannot be
assembled on to the appliance without the lower cone.
• Plug the appliance into the mains.
• Cut the fruit into two halves, place a glass or a container under the spout (7) and press down to lower it.
This way the juice will be poured directly into the glass or container, else it will the juice will remain in
the tank.
• Place the fruit in the cone and move down the handle (1). The juicing machine will begin to function
automatically. Do not press in excess with the handle.
• Once you have obtained the necessary juice, raise the spout (7) to its original position so the juice does
not drip.
• If you wish to continue making juice, place a glass under the spout and repeat the process.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning it, ensure the citrus juicer is unplugged from the mains.
• The main body of the appliance must never be immersed in water. Clean it with a slightly damp cloth.
• The rest of the components which can be removed may be cleaned with soap and water, taking care to
rinse carefully afterwards. (You also can clean in the dishwasher). You also can remove the cone lid (2)
for cleaning, just by pulling it. Try to clean it immediately after its use, as the dry pulp of the fruit is very
difficult to remove.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers, which may deteriorate the surfaces
of the appliance.
