Saving a Pattern Combination
The pattern combination and monogram can be saved
as a file in the machine’s internal memory or a USB flash
drive.
The machine has a USB port for USB flash drives.
Press the function switch key.
Press the save file key after programming a pattern
combination, and the save file window will open.

Select the location to where you wish to save the pattern
combination.
The “Ordf” folder is shown and the file name is assigned
automatically starting from C_001.....in order.
Select the “Ordf” folder.
Press the OK key to save the file under the assigned
name.

If you wish to assign a unique name to the file, press the
rename key and the keyboard window will open.

NOTE:
• The files and folders are displayed on different
pages. Press page keys to switch the window.
• This model supports FAT16 and FAT32 formats only.
If the USB flash drive is not read, check its format
(refer to pages 153-154).
• Do not use a USB card reader and USB hub.
If you wish to use a QWERTY layout keyboard, press the
keyboard key.
Press the upper or lower case key to select letter case.

Enter a new name and press the OK key to change the
file name.
Press the OK key and the file is saved under the new
name.
