TO ADJUST THE POSITION OF THE LOWER
LOOPER THREAD GUIDE
Lower Looper Thread Guide (4)
Loosen setscrew A, and adjust the lower looper thread guide (4) so that the hold of thread guide is in
line with the groove of lower looper as shown in Fig. 1.
NOTE: After adjustment, check that lower looper thread guide (4) should not touch the arm and
feed dog.
Looper Thread take-up lever
Loosen setscrew C, and the bottom side of the looper thread take-up lever is in line with the bottom
side of the upper looper waving arm.
Tighten setscrew C to secure the position.
The hole is line with the groove of lower looper.
