7. 3. 3 Alarm configuration
You have the option of configuring any
arbitrary number of alarms/warnings for each
individual measuring channel of each slave
device in the interface of the JPC70.
These warnings and alarms independent of
the warnings and alarms for overcurrent and
undercurrent configured in the device.
(For more information, refer to the user
manual of the slave device).
In the process, the threshold values for
triggering a warning and threshold values for
trigging an alarm are defined.
If the respective threshold value is exceeded,
a blinking warning triangle is shown in the
status bar. In the process, a red warning
triangle shows current alarms and a yellow
warning triangle shows current warnings.
The warning triangle blinks until all current
messages have been acknowledged with
the JPC70. (See „Alarm management“ on
