TROUBLESHOOTING - TRANSFORMER VOLTAGE

Third Test:

 

Set the meter to 200 ACV or higher. Put the leads on VAC 1 & VAC 2 of the 19 VAC 
test points. The voltage should be between 17 to 24. 
 

If no voltage is present, check 1 Amp Fuse on PIB.  
If the voltage is outside the above range, replace the Transformer.
