Warning! - General safety rules - Read all instructions.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in fire and/or serious injury.
1. This barbecue is specifically designed for outdoor use only. Indoor use will allow toxic fumes to accumulate
which can cause serious bodily harm or death. Never use this barbecue indoors, even if ventilation is provided.
2. When using lighter fluid beware of any fluid that may have drained through the bottom vents.
Never add lighter fluid to existing hot or warm coals.
3. Never use gasoline, or kerosene or other highly volatile fluids as a starter, they can explode.
4. Keep children and pets well away from the barbecue area.
5. Do not use barbecue within five feet of any combustible materials.
Combustible materials include, but are not limited to wood or treated wood decks, patios and porches.

9. Do not use barbecue in high winds.
10. Make sure that the barbecue is level and steady prior to use.

always wear barbecue mitts.
13. WARNING:

Operating your barbecue
1. Remove the lid before building the fire. Make sure air vent at bottom is closed.
Note: For proper airflow, remove accumulated ashes from the bottom of the barbecue if present (only after the coals
are fully extinguished). Charcoal requires oxygen to burn, so be sure nothing clogs the vents.
2. When using charcoal briquettes or lumpwood charcoal form a pyramid and douse the briquettes/charcoal with
lighter fluid. Recommended maximum amount of charcoal briquets: 30 pieces. Max charcoal weight for Go: 0,5kg
Wait until the fluid has soaked in before lighting. Lighter fluid should be capped immediately after use and placed a
safe distance from the grill. Use only briquettes complying to EN 1860-2
3. Ensure the charcoal pan is not over filled with charcoal or briquettes. Do not use if the charcoal pan is not in place.
Do not light if the charcoal or briquettes spill into the fire bowl.
See the diagram below for reference.
4. Once coals are covered with a light grey ash (usually 25 to 30 minutes), spread the coals with long handled tongs.
5. When removing the barbecue lid during cooking, lift to the side, rather than straight up.
Lifting straight up may create suction, drawing ashes up onto your food.
