Connecting to the
Traffic Engineering II Radar – USB
Once you have the Traffic Engineering II Radar installed, it needs to be
programmed to record the data you want. To do this, open the case of the
Traffic Engineering II Radar and connect your computer to the USB port
of the Traffic Engineering II Radar Head unit.
When you plug in the USB cable for
the first time you should see a pop-up
message along your Windows taskbar
like the one shown to the right.
Windows will take a minute or two
to find the proper driver and install it.
This process is done when you see the
message shown to the right.
