Lubrication points
• Lubricate every day.
Refer in this manual to page related to drive
shaft maintenance.
PTO shaft
• Lubricate the pump every day by using of the
greases indicated in the lubrication chart.
Chemical pump
Fan belts
Bomba JP - 50
• Loosen the four screws (1).
• Loosen the four nuts (2).
• Tighten by hand at the same time the two
knobs (3) until obtaining the recommen-
ded tension.
• Retighten the nuts (2) and screws (1).
ATTENTION!
Before operating the equipment for the first time, clean and lubricate all drive shaft
grease points as depicted in the above figure with lithium-based grease NGLI-2 (refer
to the lubrication chart for detailed information on the specified greases).
NOTE:
In case of need for a more de-
tailed maintenance (replacement
of piston cups, bearings, etc.), con-
tact the nearest JACTO dealer.
