15. To adjust Rack Slides or replace broken mounting stud.
The rack slides are located inside the dishwasher on each left and right side walls. They hold the dishrack
in the proper position for washing and rinsing. The dishrack must slide smoothly from the door area onto
the rack slides. Adjust the rack slides up or down for proper alignment to door as needed. NOTE:
Adjustment of the rack slides is not covered under the factory warranty.
A. To adjust rack slides.
(1) Loosen locknuts securing rack slides and position so when rack is pushed in from door it slides
straight onto rail without dropping or having to raise rack up onto slides. Tighten locknuts firmly.
B. To replace broken mounting stud.
(1) If tig welding is easily available, have stud tig welded back into place. If welding is not available,
drill hole through interior wall and mount with 1/4-20 stainless steel bolt and locknut.
16. To check water supply pressure to dishwasher.
(1) Install a pressure gauge (1 /4") into the petcock valve in the fill line using teflon tape on the
threads.
(2) Turn petcock valve to open position.
(3) Run a dishwashing cycle. During Rinse portion of cycle when green light comes on read pressure
of gauge, it must be between 15 and 25 PSI.
(4) Turn petcock valve to closed position. CAUTION: MAKE CERTAIN THAT PETCOCK VALVE
IS
CLOSED BEFORE REMOVING GAUGE.
