Attitude Solo (2nd Generation)

When in automatic addressing mode, the Attitude Solo will list what the start
address of the first fixture should be inside each Zone menu. In manual
addressing mode, the Solo will give an option to select the start address of the
zone as well as list the last address used by the previous zone.
