Service & Customer care
Before delivery our appliances are subject to strict quality control. Your appliance has a five (5)
year warranty of good operation from the date of purchase or delivery, upon presentation of
proof of purchase and if used in accordance with the instructions for use. It is in the discretion
of BENRUBI Company to replace or repair the defective product.
The spare parts of the appliance (consumables), such as filters, water pipe, castors, etc. are
excluded from the warranty and need periodic replacement.
This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by misuse, drop, misplacement or
storage of the appliance. The warranty does not cover defects that will result from normal
wear, incorrect use or maintenance of the product, abnormal operating conditions, non-
application of the instructions for use, conversion or repair by an unauthorized technician who

Also, the warranty does not cover the following indicative factors:
• Breakage, stains, discoloration or scratches.
• Burns due to exposure to heat or flame.
• Damage from abrupt voltage change.
