The machine does not signal lack of
water into the reservoir. Check that the switch "beep ON-OFF" is in the ON position. Check if the housing of the
float is soiled of scale (figure 4, page 7).
The pump makes too much noise.
Check if water comes from the water net and check that the water pipes are not blocked
up.
NO hot water coming out from the water
wand, but only steam.
Switch the machine off; it needs to be checked by a qualified technician.
TIPS FOR QUALIFIED TECHNICAL PERSONNEL
Losses of water and/or steam from the
respective taps.
Check if the tap needs to be replaced.
The heating element of the boiler does
not work.
Check if the safety thermostat was activated and, after verifying the reason of the
block, press the red button to reset it.
The water level into the boiler is too
high.
Cleanand/or replace the level probe.
The display shows one of these
symbols: A1, A2, A3, A4.
A1 temperature probe (coffee boiler) disconnected,A2 temperature probe (coffee boiler)
short circuit,A3 temperature probe (steam boiler) disconnected, A4 temperature probe
(steam boiler) short circuit.
2.10 WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This espresso machine is covered by a 12 months warranty which begins from the date of purchase and it has to be proven by a
document valid for tax purposes issued by the authorized dealer, indicating the date on which the sale was made.
The warranty covers the free replacement or repair of the components proved to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover all the components that may be defective due to the negligence or carelessness in the use (failure to
comply with the instructions of the operation), improper installation or maintenance operated by non-qualified personnel,
transportation damages, or circumstances which, however, cannot be connected to manufacturing defects, as well as all
electrical and electronic components.
Also, the warranty does not cover any operations connected to the installation and connection to the power supply system, as
well as the maintenance procedures described in this instruction manual.
The warranty is also excluded in all cases of improper use of the machine.
The manufacturer accepts no responsibilities, directly or indirectly, for any damages to persons, things and animals resulting
from the non-observance of all the instructions indicatedby this instruction manual, regarding especially the warnings about
installation, use and maintenance of the device.
When the device is repaired by an authorized service center specified by the manufacturer, risks and transportation costs will be
at user’s charge. In any case,it is excluded the extension of the warranty resulting from a breakdown.
