• SIDE STRETCHING
Open arms at his sides and continue lifting them until overhead. Raise as
much as possible the right arm the ceiling for a while. Feel the stretch to

• QUADRICEPS STRETHING
With one hand on the wall for balance, turn to back and pull the right foot.
Bring your heel as close as possiblebuttocks. Count to15 and repeat with
the left foot up.
• INNER THIGH STRETCHING
Sit with the soles of your feet together and knees pointing outward. Pull
your feet as close as possible to the groin. Gently push your knees toward
the floor. Count to15.
• HAMSTRING STRETCHING
Sit with one leg extended. The sole of the opposite foot toward you and it
against the inner thigh of the extended leg. Scope toes as far as possible.
Count to15 and relax. Repeat 3 times with each leg. Stretches: Hamstrings,
lower back and groin.
