Wear of the con rod unit bearing
Replace the con rod unit. Contact us.
Wear of motor bearings
Replace a motor with new one. Contact us.
Voltage reduction
Keep the rated voltage.
Suction line pressure is higher than atmos-
pheric pressure.
Keep the pressure at or below atmospheric
pressure.
Unintentional operation stop.

Wear of the con rod unit bearing
Replace the con rod unit. Contact us.
Wear of motor bearings
Replace a motor with new one. Contact us.
Voltage reduction
Keep the rated voltage.

pressure.
Discharge line pressure is higher than the
specified one.
For the series head type, keep the pressure
equal to atmospheric pressure.

Tighten them at specified torque.

Bracket/Diaphragm fixing screws are loose. Secure them.
Abnormal noise
Pump head fixing screws are loose.
Tighten them at specified torque.
Diaphragm fixing screws are loose.
Tighten them at specified torque.
Diaphragm damage
Replace with a new one.
Bracket/Diaphragm fixing screws are loose. Secure them.
