Troubleshooting
Failure
Possible cause
The phone fail to power
on

Check that the battery is charged;

SIM card error

Check whether the SIM card is dirty. If the card is dirty, clean it

Weak signal
Check that the signal intensity indicator on the screen. 4 bars indicate a
strong signal, and 2 bars or less indicate a weak signal.
