Possible Causes
Dirty or contaminated filter due to high
humidity and purifier constantly operating at
low fan speed
Dirty sensors
New filter needed
Build up of static electric charge if the purifier
operates at low humidity environment
Foreign material present in fan compartment
No power supply, filter is not installed correctly
or filter lock is not closed properly
Internet connection is too slow or firewall block
present
Counter Measure
Remove the filter, sun dry for 2-4 hour and
remove any dirt on filter surface
Occasionally operate the filter with level 2 or
level 3 fan speed
Use a hair dryer with cold air mode to blow the
sensor port located on the left side of purifier
Replace new filter, press and hold ‘SLEEP”
mode button for 3 seconds
Turn off the ANION function or restart the
purifier again
Inspect and remove any foreign material
present
Check incoming power supply and ensure the
filter is installed correctly
Disable the firewall and ensure the WIFI is
2.4Ghz
