1.
Remove the controller board assembly (see page 35).
2.
Remove the keypad assembly (1) from the inner housing (2) by pushing the
keypad up though the hole in the inner housing.
3.
To remove the cover open button sub-miniature switch (3), unplug the
black single harness wire and the white wire of the switch wire harness
from the tabs on the switch. Unscrew the screw (4) holding the switch to
the inner housing (2).
4.
To remove the knife sub-miniature switch (5), unplug the blue and the red
wires of the switch wire harness from the tabs on the switch. Unscrew the
screw (6) holding the switch to the inner housing (2).
5.
To remove the cover interlock switch\flat lever assembly (7), unplug the
black single harness wire and the black wire of the switch wire harness
from the tabs on the switch. Unscrew the screw (8) holding the switch to
the inner housing (2).
