Introduction 

 

 
 

IVC2300 Vacuum Gauge Controller는 Convection Gauge, Capacitance Manometer와 
Ionization Gauge를 함께 사용하여 대기압부터 저진공 및 고진공의 진공도를 측정할 수 
있도록 설계 되었다. 
압력 측정 범위는 1000 Torr 에서 1.0 X 10-9 까지 이며, System의 구성은 Controller 
본체외에 Convection Gauge, Capacitance manometer, Ionization Gauge, 
Connecting Cable로 이루어져 있다. 

 
 

Gauge 의 Mounting Position은 Convection Gauge는 수평장착, 
Ionization Gauge의 경우 수직장착이 기본이다. 

 

 

Cable Connection의 경우 Convection Gauge은 9-Pin D-Sub Connector으로 
연결 하도록 되어 있으며, Ionization Gauge는 당사에서 제공 하는 Cable로 연결한다. 

 
 

IVC2300 Vacuum Gauge Controller는 Flash Memory Type의 Micro- Controller로 
구성되어 있어 모든 동작을 Front에서 제어 하도록 준비되어 있으며, 외부 
Interface Cabling은 Rear Panel에서 연결하도록 되어있다. 

 

 

Pressure reading 및 Set Point 상태는 모두 128 X 64 dot Graphic LCD로 구성 
되어 판독이 선명하며, 모든 기능 들을 Menu상에서 처리토록 하였다. 

 
 

Interface와 관련하여 Set Point(Trip Point) 6개(이 Trip Point들을 마음대로 
선택하여 아무 Gauge에나 적용 할 수 있도록 하였음)가 Option으로 내장할 수 있도록 
하였으며, 압력을 전압으로 출력하는 단자도 RS-232C Interface와 함께 
Option으로 제공하고 있다.
