Functions of Front Panel Key Pad 

 

 

Front Panel의 Display Window 및 Key Pad의 용도는 아래와 같다. 

 

 

Summary of Front Panel Components

 

 

 
 
 

Display Window

 

 

Display Window는 128 X 64 dot Graphic LCD 로 이루어져 
있으며, 맨 위의 것은 Ionization Gauge의 압력을,두번째 것 
은 Convection Gauge(CG A)의 압력을, 세 번째의 것은 
Convection Gauge(CG B)을 네번째 것은 Capacitance 
Manometer(CM)의  압력을 Display한다. 
그리고 맨 밑에는 각 Trip Point Relay의 상태는 나타낸다.

 

Label Window

 

User가 설정한 Set Point 값을 라벨링 하도록 만든 공간.

 

 

 

IG ON/OFF Key

 

 

이 Key를 사용하여 Ionization Gauge를 사용자가 임의로 
키고 끌 수 있다. (10-3 대역의 High Level 에서는 Gauge를 
보호하기 위하여 자동으로 OFF 된다. –  Gauge 보호기능)

 

 

 

Degas key

 

 

Ionization Gauge를 Degas하기 위한 Key로서, Degas 
Time은 30초로 Default Setting이 되어있으며 Menu 상에서 
변경이 가능하다.

 

 

 
 
 

MENU/ESC Key

 

 

Menu와 Escape Key. 
Pressure Display 상태에서 이 키를 누르면 Menu로 들어가는 
데, 일단 Menu로 들어간 상태에서 이 키를 또 누르면 다시 
Pressure Display 상태로 빠져 나오며, Sub Menu로 들어가기 
위해서는 ENT 키를 사용하여 들어간다. 이 때, MENU/ESC 
키를 누르면, 다시 상위 Menu로 빠져 나온다.

Set Point 값 등 모든 값을 변화시킬 때 사용한다.

 

 

 
 

ENTER Key

 

모든 Key 조작을 하고 값을 Fix(save)시킬 때 
이 Key를 눌러 값을 저장해야 한다. 그렇지 않으면 전에 
값이 그대로 저장된다. 값을 입력한 다음 이 Key를 
누르지 않고 가만 있으면 수 초 후 에 다시 Default 
Display인 압력 Display로 환원된다.
