Chapter 4. Maintenance

Section 1. Disassembling & Assembling the Display Section Case

Disassembling

(1) For IWB, remove the dry batteries or disconnect the AC adaptor. For IWX, disconnect the power

plug from the outlet

(2) Peel off the approval seal.

(3) Remove the truss headed screw M4x15 for the seal.

(4) Remove each 10 of the hexagon headed bolt with flange M4x20, and the gasket washer. (The gasket

washers can be removed as attached with the hexagon headed bolts.) Hold the front case so as not to
drop it when removing all the bolts.

Assembling

(1) Temporarily fasten each of the hexagon headed bolts with flange M4x20 and the gasket washers.

(2) Also, temporarily fasten the seal screw M4x15.

(3) Fasten all the 10 hexagon headed bolts M4x20 equally.

(4) Fasten the truss headed screw M4x15.

(5) Stick a new approval seal. (Part No: 040-9585-01, size:
