Page 8: ...連接地線鬆開接地符號的螺絲將地線接上並旋緊再將電源線正負端分別接在 POWER 內的螺絲座液位開關的功能是當油面高度接近最低油位時發出一個警報訊號給外部控制系統以使潤滑機停止運轉警鈴出聲或是其他的控制壓力開關是開機時偵測出油的壓力是否建立到達設定值若是油管破裂洩漏或泵浦馬達等出現異常狀況導致出油壓力不足時請確定您機台使用的警報裝置及接線並將之連接到標示異常接點的地方本潤滑器的異常輸出端可視需要接至 CNC 的異常輸入或外接大型警報裝置本潤滑器的缺油異常端的電氣規格為 3A 250VAC 完成後將電纜固定頭旋緊圖九以免電線脫落造成短路蓋上頂蓋並鎖緊將電源接上若接線正確控制面板上的潤滑指示燈會亮起並開始運轉圖五圖六圖七圖八 ...

Page 9: ...來設定所需的時間設定後請再次確認並將電子箱頂蓋裝回注意間歇時間須為潤滑時間的五倍以上若於間歇時間內需要潤滑供油請按下控制面板上的 FEED 鍵注意每次拆裝前一定要將電源線拔掉而關掉電源後至少須經二十秒才可再重新開電本機台連接油管的接頭為特殊接頭切勿私自更換以免影響正常操作 3 2 補充油料油料的填裝量必須大約在油箱的高低油位刻度線之間如果油料不足注油機會停止作動並送出一個警報信號此時請加入油料見圖三將丸蓋打開並倒入新油注意切勿使用已用過的潤滑油 4 保養裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置的保養十分容易為維護裝置請定期清理油箱若油箱底部或濾油網發現雜質請將潤滑器停止並將油箱四個角落的螺絲拆下使油箱與潤滑器其他部份分離油箱清洗後請將螺絲旋緊 ...
